1. Valid Contact Credentials: Applicant’s parents or guardians are required to have an active personal E-mail ID and valid 10-digit mobile number. In case of unavailability, please create a new E-mail ID before applying online as all official communication will be delivered here.
2. Registration Fee: The nominal registration fee of ₹1000/- can be paid through online mode (UPI / QR Code / Net Banking) or deposited at the school admission counter. Registration fee is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Accuracy of Data: The name of the applicant, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, category, and Aadhaar numbers must be entered exactly as they appear in official certificates (Municipal Birth Certificate / Aadhaar / Previous School TC). No subsequent modifications or corrections will be entertained later.
4. Photograph Specifications: Recent colored passport size photographs of the applicant, father, and mother are required to be uploaded. Ensure photographs are clear, with white/light background, and not exceeding 200 KB in file size (JPG / JPEG / PNG format, recommended resolution approx. 200 × 230 pixels).
5. Completeness of Mandatory Fields: The Online Application Form must be filled completely. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory. Once submitted successfully, the applicant will immediately receive a System-Generated Application Form with unique Registration Number and barcode. Parents must take a physical printout of this form.
6. Aadhaar Card Details: Aadhaar Card Number of the applicant should be provided. In case the child's Aadhaar is under enrollment, you may fill "NA" or enrollment number, but the official Aadhaar copy must be produced at the time of final admission verification.
7. Preservation of Records: Applicants must keep a printed copy of the System-Generated Application Form along with payment transaction receipt for admission assessment and document verification.
8. Entrance Assessment / Interaction: All communication regarding Written Test / Interactive Session, time slots, and syllabus will be published on the school portal, notice board, and sent via SMS / WhatsApp.
9. Right of Admission: Online registration and acceptance of the application form does not automatically confer or guarantee admission. Admission is strictly subject to merit, interaction, and seat availability.
10. Document Verification: Following documents in original and self-attested photocopies must be presented during scrutiny:
    • Municipal Birth Certificate / Nagar Nigam Certificate (for Pre-Primary & Class I)
    • Original Transfer Certificate (Countersigned if from outside CBSE board) for Class II onwards
    • Previous academic session report card / marksheet
    • Aadhaar Card copies of Candidate, Father, and Mother
    • Caste / EWS Certificate (if applying under reserved category)
11. Eligibility Criteria (Age Limit): Age calculation as on 31^st March 2026:

• 12. Original Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be produced at the time of admission.
• 13. Withdrawal/Cancellation of Admission will not be entertained and no refund request will be admissible. Hence Parents/Guardians are advised to take this condition into the account before seeking admission and depositing fee, if selected.
• 14. Link of Online Registration will be closed by providing 24 hours advance notice at school's website only.
